Policy on notification of alleged intellectual property (“IP”) infringements

Space Next Door ("SND") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.
It is SND’s policy, to restrict and/ or delete the account of users who infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
This policy outlines how to submit a complaint of intellectual property rights violation to SND, for breaches that occur on the SND website (the "Site ").

Infringement Notice
If you believe that an intellectual property breach of your material has occurred on the Site, please complete the notification in the format provided below.
Upon receipt of the notification, SND will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site and deletion of the offending account.

Identify the URL of the specific item on the site that you believe is in breach.

Provide evidence of your ownership of the protected work. If you are acting on behalf of the owner, please provide confirmation of this authorization.

Provide your full name, and contact details, including email, phone, and physical mailing address.

Conclude the notification with the following statement:
"I hereby confirm that the information I have provided in this notification is accurate and that I am the rightful owner, or that I am authorized to act on behalf of the rightful owner, of the intellectual property that has been infringed. I also confirm that the use of the identified intellectual property has not been authorized by the owner."
