What is our Cancellation Policy? – Space Next Door

All bookings are auto-renewal basis. Storers may terminate their booking by providing at least 14 days notice of their intention to vacate the unit. This must be done by sending us an email at help@spacenextdoor.com, notifying us through a WhatsApp message at +6597956187, or by calling us at +6531292388.

In case the notice days of termination are not met, the customer will be charged for 14 days during the termination process. The last payment due to the 14 days notice will be paid in full. Any unused days will be refunded.

In case of early termination within the promotional period, we will continue to charge the customer until the last day covered on his contract.

1. Cancellation before the moving-in date

The insurance fee is non - refundable, and the rest of the amount will be refunded to the customer.

2. Cancellation within the first 14 days of move in date

Rental of 14 days and an insurance fee will be charged, and the rest of the amount will be refunded to the customer (only rental is prorated).

3. Cancellation after the first 14 days and before the end of the first month
The deposit amount will be refunded to the customer and one month's rental and insurance will be charged.
