What is a Security Deposit?

Security Deposit is a refundable amount that SND collects from the storer.  It will be refunded from our end after 14 days from the termination date. 

Security Deposit serves the purpose of protecting SND against damage to the property/s or late rent payments.

Once the transaction is completed and no claims on property damage were filed, the full amount is refundable to the storer.
